Lindsay's Wedding

The wedding was so much fun! Congratulations to Thomas and Lindsay Hutto! I think this picture below is so funny. Check out Lindsay's enormous diamond! Ha!

I was so glad that Anna Cate was in the same boat as I was all weekend. Yes, we had to haul the pump to the wedding. We laughed about how a few years ago we would never imagined doing something like that. Here is Anna Cate in a picture with our buddy.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hutto

I can't tell you how beautiful everything was. I took a picture of the ice sculpture before all of the shrimp were added. They had an awesome "wild game station" and "candy station" too!

The reception was on some of Thomas' family land. It was gorgeous.

Charleston

Friday night we went to dinner at Cypress downtown and then headed to the after rehearsal dinner party.

4 month doctor's visit

Henderson weighed in at a whopping 17 lbs 9 0z (90th percentile, down from the 95th)!
His height had gone up from the 50th percentile to the 70th (I just can't remember the exact measurement). Other than that, there isn't really anything new to report. He did have to have shots which was so sad, but he has recovered (not sure that I have). The doctor wants to hold off on any solid foods just yet. We will do rice cereal in about a month.

Flip

My parents sent me a Flip Video camcorder for my birthday (actually my b-day is on Nov. 18th). I was so excited to get it and have been testing it out today. This isn't a very cute video and Henderson gives you a little surprise at the end, but I wanted to test out uploading to my blog. This thing is so easy to operate and much smaller than our other video camera. I was hoping that Henderson wouldn't get as serious when looking at this video camera (too bad, he does!) It looks like a cell phone. Anyway, Stephen and I had a great time on our trip to Charleston. I can't even begin to tell you how bad I missed my sweet baby. I will get some pictures from the trip up soon. Many thanks to my mom for coming last week to help while I was at work and to Kathy for not only keeping Henderson all weekend, but also her granddog Hendrix!

Emmett comes to town!!!

Thomas, Elizabeth, and Emmett came to Valdosta last week. It was soooo great to see them!! Henderson and I were able to get together with Elizabeth and Emmett for lunch on Wednesday. The next night all of the adults went to 306 North (along with Kate and Alex Patterson) for an awesome meal. Chef Randy did such a great job. I truly can not wait for Thomas to be finished with his residency so we can get the Street family down here to Valdosta. We miss them so much!
Thank you to Elizabeth for taking pictures since I forgot my camera. I loved that she actually caught Henderson smiling. When he sees the camera he gets way too serious.

Having a great time with our friends!!

Poor Emmett getting squished by the enormous (almost) 4 month old. Look how sweet he was to hold up Henderson's head.

Whew, this pose it much better.

Halloween Weekend

Henderson did great with the time change. I had prepared myself to be up before 6 am, but he made it all the way to 6:45. He is up and ready for church!

Julia, Tripp, and Henderson
It was way too hot to wear the hot dog costume. He truly would have been a roasted weenie if we had put him in it. So many of the kids had to shed the costume since it was about 88 degrees here!!!! What!?!

Henderson is very into sticking his fingers and whole hand into his mouth.

Trying to Roll Over...

Henderson is making some attempts at rolling over. He isn't quite there yet. Stephen and I will be leaving this weekend to go to Charleston for a wedding. I have convinced myself that he is going to roll over while we are gone. This will be the first time I have left him since he was born. I am so sad about leaving him yet excited about seeing my friends. I am going to miss him so much!
