News, news!

Many of you have already heard the great news that we have to share... our sweet baby number two is due on April 15th. God had a plan for the Lincoln family and we feel very blessed. I will say that things with #2 are already different, as I knew it would be. Don't get me wrong, we are very excited, but things are so different when you have another child to take care of. I have been exhausted, but there is little time to think about that (although I do sneak in a good nap when Henderson takes his nap sometimes!) I have also had some pretty bad nausea, but over the past week, it has seemed to ease up (I can't believe I just said that because I know it will come back with a vengeance this week). All in all, everything is going well around here.

We have had an exciting past two weekends. We were in Birmigham for Labor Day and had such a wonderful time. (Pictures to come!) This past weekend Staci was in town and it was so great to be able to catch up with her. I was so happy that she finally got to meet Henderson. I still can't believe she lives so far away, as do most of my dearest friends :(

Stephen leaves at the end of the week to go on a big hunting trip with his dad and brother. He is so excited and that makes me excited for him. He will be gone for 6 days which also makes me sad. Luckily, my parents are going to come into town to help me out while he is gone. I know many of you women out there do so much (or all) on your own and I seriously don't know how you do it. I do admire you. I have been completely spoiled by my husband and family which makes having baby #2 seem doable!

Sorry for no pictures on this post. I will try to get our Birmigham pictures up soon. Henderson is also standing alone all of the time now. He can stand up from squatting down and he looks like he wants to take a step so bad. Every time we think he might do it, he sits down. He can walk pretty good just holding on to one of my fingers, but I can't get him to let go. Maybe he will be like his cousin Jack who was a little late on the walking, but when he could walk he hardly ever fell down. He made sure he could do it well before letting go!
