Having two kids that are 21 months apart is not easy! I spend most of my time trying to keep Henderson in check as the whining and tantrums continue. Henderson is a very sweet, fun little boy, but like all toddlers he has some moments. Add in a new little baby in your house and those moments seem to increase. I continually pray for patience, as my lack of sleep sometimes plays a part in my reactions. Overall, I feel like we are doing pretty well. David is growing so fast and I can't believe he is 1 month old today. He has some reflux issues, but it doesn't seem to bother him as much as it does me. I am in awe of my sweet boys. I love them both so very much and God has been so good to us! I feel like I have recovered from the c-section pretty well. I still have some tenderness and I have about 2 weeks until I can exercise and such. I go for my 6 week check up on May 16. I threw in some pictures of life around here lately...
Henderson going "night-night" with David. There were multiple attempts to "love" on David which can get a little dangerous. He also wants to show him how he can HOP, HOP in his bed. So hard to make him understand he has to be careful with Baby!
Look at this sweet face... Hard to believe he can be such a handful! Hehe:)
PS. Potty training hasn't started yet. I think Stephen and I are the ones who have to get prepared. Just seems like so much to tackle right now, but I also can't take him taking his diaper off anymore!!! I am about to duct tape that thing on him (don't worry he hasn't done anything really gross - I keep hearing horror stories and now I am just waiting for that to happen.)
