I got nothin'

I really have no creative juices this week. I don't even have a decent picture of Henderson to share. I blame the picture absence on the fact that we haven't been around my dad in weeks. He always has blog worthy pictures to post. We have been busy as usual around here and keeping up with Henderson is something that gets harder every day. I hardly get any computer time until he goes to bed and by then I am exhausted (like right now). We were actually able to enjoy some time outside without burning up on Monday since the humidity was low. I am really looking forward to fall.

I am thrilled because this weekend we are headed to Birmingham to visit friends. For those who didn't know, I lived in Birmingham while I was in graduate school. I absolutely love that city and always have a great time when I visit. Our friends the Streets live there now and so do the Jennings (both Thomas and Whitney are in medical school at UAB). Of course our friends the Littles live there too, but they will be out of town:( Hopefully I will be sure and take plenty of pictures of Emmett, Sydney, and Henderson.

On another very exciting note... My friend Staci is coming into town next week for a visit!!!! This is so crazy to me, but it will be the first time she has met Henderson. I, of course, have seen her a few times since he was born, but it has always been at events in which he stayed home. So excited she is making the trek all the way from Charlotte!!!
