Bloggin' for Two...

Wow, trying to find some time to even get on the computer is really tough. I had hoped to get some recent pictures of David (and Henderson of course) uploaded, but that hasn't happened yet. The good news is that my parents have come back into town which means my dad is taking some pictures for me! Yay!

We are doing well. David had his two week old check up this past Friday. He is now 8lbs 11 oz and in the 50th percentile. Our doctor was impressed that he had already gained some good weight and was nursing so well. He wasn't a fan of the doctors office which I think he learned from his big brother. Luckily the shots don't happen until he is 2 months old, so I didn't have to endure that pain.

Henderson is starting to get used to David being around. He is always very sweet to the baby, but he does get jealous. He has started having more tantrums and LOTS of whining. He also has started crying when he goes down at night or for naps (which he really has never done before unless he is sick). He also wants Stephen or me to put the baby down if we are holding him and will even instruct us on where to put him (which sometimes includes the floor:). I still haven't figured out how I am going to manage the day to day with two little ones. I can't even begin to think about making a trip to the store with two. Sheesh. Anyway, just like learning to do it all with one, I know we will get there (and I'll be sure to blog about it!)

We had a great visit with Aunt Carol and Grandmother Rolt on Sunday. Henderson was trying to act shy the whole time, but got upset when everyone left! Go figure. One day, I will post some pictures, but right now I am going to savor some quiet time while Henderson is napping...
